- Prepare the site for new construction while protecting non-renovated areas.
- Carry out construction and installation of new elements (framing, electrical, plumbing, cabinets, flooring, etc.).
- Perform regular client updates and quality checks to ensure the project stays on track.

- Completed construction and installation based on approved designs.

- Project Manager Walkthrough prior to the client walkthrough to address any pre-final adjustments.
- Conduct a detailed walkthrough with the client to review the finished renovation.
- Address any final touch-ups, adjustments, or concerns the client may have.
- Provide product warranties and care/maintenance instructions for installed features.

- Client sign-off and satisfaction with the completed work.

- Offer warranties on both labor and materials.
- Conduct a follow-up to confirm the client is satisfied and address any post-project concerns.
