Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Submit design plans to local authorities for approval.
- Schedule any required inspections.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Prepare the space and execute the renovation.

- Demolish or remove existing structures, fixtures, or features.
- Prepare the site for new construction while protecting non-renovated areas.
